Welcome to BizLeads! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By signing up for our services or visiting our website at www.bizleads.us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Overview

BizLeads is a subscription-based text marketing service that helps contractors (such as roofers, painters, landscapers, plumbers, and similar businesses) generate qualified leads through customized outreach campaigns. Our service operates across the United States.

2. Service Description

BizLeads provides leads in the form of individual homeowners who have voluntarily expressed interest in being contacted by your business. We use text-based marketing campaigns to generate these leads on your behalf. Each subscription includes up to 25 qualified leads per month, depending on the target area, demand, and other campaign conditions. While we strive for consistent volume and quality, specific lead counts are not guaranteed.

3. Subscription and Payment
• The service is billed at a flat rate of $995 per month.
• This is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term contract.
• Payments are processed monthly in advance. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• All payments are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy
• To cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice at least 14 days (2 weeks) before your next billing cycle.
• Failure to cancel within this notice period will result in the next month’s fee being charged.

5. Lead Delivery and Use
• Leads provided to you have opted in to be contacted by your business.
• You are responsible for following all applicable laws and best practices when contacting leads, including but not limited to the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and any state-specific communication laws.
• Leads may not be resold or used outside the scope of your own business operations.

6. Confidentiality and Data Use
• BizLeads collects certain business information necessary to build and run campaigns on your behalf.
• We do not share or sell your business information to third parties without your express permission.

7. No Guarantees
• BizLeads does not guarantee sales, conversions, or specific lead volumes.
• While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, results may vary based on market conditions, geography, competition, and other factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using our services in a harmful or illegal manner.

9. Website Use

By accessing www.bizleads.us, you agree not to misuse the website or attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or disrupt any portion of the site or its content. All content on the site is the property of BizLeads and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our service. Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount you paid in the month prior to any claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the United States of America, State of Utah.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
